• If you need to reschedule your trip, requests must be made at least 90 days in advance, and your deposit can be applied to a future date within 12 months, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the trip: The initial 50% deposit will be retained, but no further charges will be applied.
Trip Cancellations by River King:
In the unlikely event that River King must cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or operational issues, you will receive: • The option to reschedule at no additional cost, or • A full refund, including your initial deposit.
